Sugar Land Imperial Market

Imperial Market is an 855,000 sf mixed-use lifestyle center comprising of 258,000 sf of upscale retail, restaurant and business space. Modus provides on-going design services for Landlord Improvements, Design and Feasibility Studies and Tenant Finish Services. The site is the iconic home of the original Imperial Sugar Company Refinery, founded in 1843 and is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Highlighted at the center of the Imperial Market development is the adaptive reuse of a brick warehouse building for a future Rock N’ Bowl. Learn more about the project HERE.

On the south side of the plaza are three historic sugar silos planned to become home to three new restaurants. Modus completed test-fits and conceptual design for various restaurant owners including a concept for an Indian restaurant and a raw bar.
