Rock N’ Bowl
Highlighted at the center of Imperial Market is the adaptive reuse of a historic brick 3-bay warehouse building for Rock N’ Bowl. As their third location, Modus designed the space to feature an open and interactive multi-level space to accommodate a music venue with a bar, dance floor and restaurant on the ground level, bowling lanes on the second level and additional viewing space and bar on the third level. A large patio extends the energetic venue outdoors for restaurant-goers to enjoy and enliven the central plaza.
