Foothills Redevelopment is a newly revitalized shopping and entertainment center situated in the heart of Fort Collins, Colorado. Modus Architecture is the Landlord Improvements Architect and provides on-going design services that range in scope from Interior Renovation of the existing mall, Exterior Core and Shell Modifications of the existing mall, Tenant Design and Feasibility Studies, Whitebox and Tenant Finish services at both the Interior Mall and outlying College Shop Buildings.
