Dick’s Sporting Goods

As an Anchor Store to the Foothills Mall, Dicks Sporting Goods was intended to draw patrons both to their store and the attached interior mall.  Modus was the Architect of Record and was responsible for the demolition of the existing building and design and construction for the new store.
