Midtown Inpatient Medicine

The rehabilitation of an existing urban school was completed for the new Administrative Offices for Midtown Inpatient Medicine. The building is approximately 10,000sf and contains an interior lobby, administrative offices and support services, with future tenant space below. The Owners expressed a desire for a modern, industrial space that would be both open and flexible.

The original scope of work included a roof deck with covered gathering place and entry canopy.
